These are pics of an aran scarf I knitted for a friend - Michael is a BIG man, built along the lines of Martin Johnson (ex-UK Rugby captain) and he was very pleased with the result. It was knitted in Red Heart yarn (I got some from an American friend) in a coffee colour... the pattern came from an old book I have which has lots of different stitches.

Next project is the Kiri shawl for the Knitting Olympics -pics to be posted as work progresses!!!
